Our goal was to determine what was needed to have the HVAC equipment operate more efficiently for their distribution and fulfillment centers as well as their retail sites across the US. We focused on the HVAC equipment and its impact on energy consumption. We provided a Corporate Energy Reduction plan, identifying the top HVAC energy conservation measures to reduce energy consumption while preparing estimated budget for recommendations to generate energy savings and improve ENERGY STAR ratings. Recommendations were provided to not only gain the initial ENERGY STAR rating to to also sustain it over time.”
